2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.
3.A perusal of the docket orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate would go to show that the learned Judicial Magistrate has not adjourned the case at any point of time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ unnecessarily. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate has made
substantial progress in the trial of the case. Therefore, no direction as sought for by the petitioner could be granted. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
