ORDER
Seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.48 of 2010 on the file of
the first respondent, the petitioner has come up with this
petition.
2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have
heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent
and I have also perused the records carefully.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that already charge sheet has been laid in this case by the first respondent police on 06.11.2013 itself before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
