M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J.
This Court, by order dated 27.09.2022, restored this petition, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 06.12.2021 and directed the petitioner
to take private notice to the impleaded party respondents 2 and 3.
2.Today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner/party in person and respondents 2 and 3. It is not known as to whether the petitioner taken private notice to respondents 2 and 3 or not as directed by this Court on 27.09.2022.
3.In view of the same, the first respondent police is directed to inform the petitioner and respondents 2 and 3 about the pendency of the case.
4.Post the matter on 10.11.2022. It is made clear that if there is no appearance on their behalf, the case would be disposed of on merits, on the next hearing.
