Order : This petition coming on for Extension of time on the Seventeenth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and persuing the earlier order date of 15/10/2014 and letter dated 04.08.2021 vide D.No.7510 From the Principal District Judge, Vellore this court made the following order:-
Today the matter is listed under the caption “for extension of time”.
O.S.No.229 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The learned Principal District Judge, Vellore has addressed letters dated 16.04.2020, 27.07.2020 & 16.02.2021 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letters and the extension of time was also granted by this Court on 31.03.2021. Once again, the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore has addressed a letter dated 04.08.2021 to the Registry seeking extension of time for the reasons stated in the said letter.
3.This Court has perused the letter dated 04.08.2021 sent by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore and is satisfied with the reasons for not disposing of the suits within the time stipulated by this Court. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of three months for the trial Court to dispose of the suits O.S.No.44 of 2014 & O.S.No.229 of 2012 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
