This Writ Petition has been filed by S.Sukumar/Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking only a limited prayed to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2012, wherein he has asked for measurement of his land covered in Survey No.187/17 having an extent of 15 cents situated at Kullakundu Village, that has been purchased by him from one Mallammal, as per registered sale deed dated 30.10.1990.

Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

As the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2012 is pending with the respondent, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
