Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, restraining the second and third respondents from conducting Kangaroo Court in respect of the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent and further directing the first respondent to initiate appropriate action against the 3rd respondent for her misuse of power by conducting Kangaroo Court.

ORDER
