Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.04.2010 for regularization of service as Masalchi in the time scale of pay from the date of appointment on 27.07.2005 under the 2^nd Respondent.

3.It is not in dispute that the petitioner has been appointed as Masalchi on daily wages basis, on the date mentioned above and she has been continuously employed. The petitioner has been repeatedly approaching the authority concerned for her regularization through her representations, dated 15.09.2006, 06.01.2009, 07.02.2009, 03.04.2009, 07.12.2009, 03.01.2010 and 29.04.2010. But except her representation, dated 06.01.2009, the other representations remained not duly responded. The representation, dated 06.01.2009, is replied on 23.01.2009 that her request will be considered at the appropriate time, but the appropriate time is yet to reach, which compelled the petitioner to approach this Court for appropriate relief in this regard.

4.This Court, considering the nature of the employment and the period of the employment of the petitioner, is inclined to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2010 in the manner known to law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No

costs.
