Prayer : This Writ Petition is preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd Respondent to issue Transfer Certificate of the Petitioner's son Nazir Mukhdar.

ORDER
The petitioner is the father of one Nazir Mukhdar, who is studying presently in IX Standard in the third respondent school. The fourth respondent is the wife of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, he has divorced the fourth respondent on 01.07.2013. Further, Nazir Mukhdar is residing with him and now he has been admitted in Al-Ameen Matriculation School, Kumbakonam. To enable the petitioner to make the admission perfect in the said school, the petitioner needs the Transfer Certificate and the Conduct Certificate of Nazir Mukhdar from the third respondent school. Since the fourth respondent has raised objection, the fourth respondent has not issued the above said certificates. Therefore, the petitioner has come before this Court with this Writ Petition.
