This is an application to modify the order dated 21.10.2013 passed in W.P.No.3110 of 2013.

- While passing orders, in the first paragraph, this Court instead of mentioning as "Brammadesam Village" wrongly mentioned as "Vallapuram Village and issued a direction to the respondents to consider the matter on merits.

- In view of the defect pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner by way of this application, the first paragraph of the order dated 21.10.2013 would now read thus:-

"The petitioner is stated to be in possession and enjoyment of 1.26.5 Hectares of land in S.No.211/4 of Brammadesam Village , Vepanthattai Taluk, Perambalur District."

- The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
