PRAYER: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying to withdraw G.W.O.P.No.51 of 2012, pending on the file of the Second Additional District Court, Thiruchirappalli and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai, in order to try the same along with H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2012 pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

ORDER

Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed, as the prayer for joint trial is not possible. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
