2.The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition in Tr.C.M.P.(MD) No.259 of 2013 has been filed by the petitioner/husband to transfer H.M.O.P.No.482 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy to the Family Court No.1, Chennai.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/husband submitted that there is a threat from the family of the wife and therefore, the petitioner / husband is unable to attend the Court at Trichy.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife submitted that due to ill-health, the wife is unable to attend the Court at Trichy.

5.The learned counsel appearing for both sides agreed to transfer both the cases to the Sub Court, Perambalur, for the convenience of both the parties.

6.With the above said consent of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, both the cases in H.M.O.P.No.2803 of 2010 and H.M.O.P.No.482 of 2010 are directed to be transferred to Sub Court, Perambalur.

7.The petitions are ordered accordingly. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
