This petition was filed on 06.01.2012 . After scrutinizing the
papers, the registry had raised certain queries and returned the papers for rectification of defects as early as on 09.01.2012 but, the same were not taken back and represented within the stipulated time. Today, when the matter is called in open court, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in taking the papers back and to re-present the same after complying with the defects pointed out by the Registry and therefore, this court is inclined to dismiss this miscellaneous petition for default. This unnumbered miscellaneous petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. No costs.
