In the previous hearing, i.e., on 23.02.2021, there was no
representation for the first defendant. Today also, there is no representation for the first defendant. Hence, the first defendant is called absent and set exparte.
- When this matter came up for hearing on 23.02.2021, the learned
counsel for the second defendant has submitted that he wants time to verify
the facts.
- Today, the learned counsel for the second defendant requests to
give one more opportunity to the second defendant to cross examine the PW1. In order to give one more opportunity to the second defendant, the matter is referred to the Additional Master – II to cross examine PW1 by the second defendant. The PW1 is directed to appear before the Additional Master – II on 24.03.2021 and on his appearance, the second defendant should cross examine him. In case, the second defendant not cross examined the said witness on the said date, the Additional Master - II is directed to send back the records to this court to pass further orders.
