The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this court to withdraw the criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, he made a request that since the cases are of the year 2010 and 2011 and the crime Numbers are of the year 2005 and 2004 respectively, he wants earlier disposal of the cases.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner and considering the submission made by him, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
