ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner, who was arrested on 21.12.2012 for the offence punishable under Section 366 I.P.C., in Crime No.346 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the victim girl had love affair and she eloped with him.

¶16

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that a false case has been foisted against him.

4.Learned Additional Public prosecutor submits that the victim girl aged 20 years stands secured.

Considering the above position and the fact that the petitioner has been in custody from 21.12.2012, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
