PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(ii) and 417 IPC in Crime No.3 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and hence seek anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents and they are falsely implicated in the case and they have nothing to do with the alleged commission of offence.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the no one was injured in the occurrence.

This court, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, enlarges the petitioners on anticipatory bail subject to following conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police

daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
