ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioners herein, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.12.2012 in Crime No.995/2012 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 have approached this Court for an order for their release on bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
(i) The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.
(ii) The petitioners shall report before the respondent-police daily at 10.30 A.M. for a period of two weeks.
