ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioners, who were arrested on 4/1/2013 for the offences punishable under Section 392 IPC in Crime No.281 of 2012 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State.

Considering the nature of the offences, the nature of the allegations raised against the petitioners, no previous case against the petitioners, the amount is also recovered, the stage of the investigation and the period of their custody, this Court comes to the conclusion that it is a fit case in which the petitioners can be released on bail subject to certain conditions.

In the result, this petition is allowed and it is hereby directed that the petitioners shall be released on bail, subject to the following condition:

(i). The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur; and

¶14

(ii). The petitioners shall report before the respondent-police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.
