At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank had submitted that the request of the petitioner for the grant of educational loan could not be processed, as the petitioner had not submitted the bonafide certificate to show that she is a student of the college concerned and a certificate showing the fees structure of the college.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2011 is closed.
