- The injunction is sought for with regard to restraining the first defendant from telecasting any kind of discussion in the first defendant channel about the plaintiff foundation. Learned Senior Counsel for the first defendant undertakes not to telecast any kind of panel discussion involving the plaintiff foundation. However, if it is any form of news, which are reportable with respect to the foundation, without any damage or defamation to the plaintiff, it may be reported in line with other reports, be it newspaper or news channels. The said undertaking is given till 08.09.2016. Counter in the meanwhile.
