The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife by name Panchu, aged 31 years and his son by name Aravith, aged 7 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.
2.Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's wife by name Panchu, aged 31 years, and his minor son namely Aravith, aged 7 years, who are the detenus, are now living with the petitioner and hence he may be permitted to withdraw the Habeas Corpus Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3.The detenus-Panchu and Aravith appeared before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ When we enquired, the detenue-Panchu stated that she is now living with the petitioner/her husband. The petitioner has also appeared

before this Court. On enquiry, he also stated that his wife and son/the detenus, are living with him.
4.In view of the above, nothing further remains to be considered in this HCP. Under the circumstances, in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
