There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in the last two hearings viz., on 08.4.2011 and 09.4.2011. Because of the absence on the side of the petitioner, the case was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today though the case was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
