This writ petition is of the year 2003. Registry is not able to
trace the EB and other relevant papers and hence, this matter is listed under the caption 'EB not available cases'. Today, when the petition is
taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not able to trace his bundle. In the said circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution, however, reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for restoration of the petition, within four weeks from today, if circumstances warrant. No costs.
