The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred seeking a limited prayer that the respondent no.3/Collector may kindly be directed to decide the representation Annexure P/4 filed by the petitioner, as the respondents/authorities are sitting tight over the matter and has not decided the representation till date. Therefore, if directions are issued to the respondents/authorities to decide the same, the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed.

Looking to the innocuous prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with the direction to respondents/authorities to decide the representation (Annexure P/4) filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order in accordance with law.
