After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that there exists an alternative statutory remedy of appeal against the impugned order under Section 14 of The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 and it be directed that in case he files appeal then that be decided on its own merits without adverting to the issue of limitation as on the basis of incorrect legal advice rendered to the petitioner he has spent substantial time before the High Court.

appropriate application seeking condonation of delay for the time spent by him before this Court then Authority concerned shall consider the petitioner's application and decide it on its own merits in accordance with law and relevant Rules within a period of three months thereof.
