This petition coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:

The only prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is that application (Annexure P/3) dated 03.03.2021 and appeal dated 27.12.2021

2 (Annexure P/4) filed by the petitioner, pending before the respondent no.1/Home Secretary, Bhopal may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Learned GA has no objection to the aforesaid innocuous prayer. He stated that the appeal filed by the petitioner will be decided, as per law.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1/authority concerned to decide the aforesaid application /appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously, as per clause 7(4) of The Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of the order passed by this Court.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not opined on the merits of
the case.
