2 That, on 18/09/2016, a FIR was registered against the applicants for an offence alleged to be committed under section 419 of IPC and under section 4/20 of the Private Security Agency Act, 2005 which was registered as crime no. 327/2016 on the allegations that on 18/09/2016, the inspection team of police station, Sector-4 Pithampur, had done an inspection in the industries situated in industrial area, Pithampur to find out the illegally operating security agency in the industries, That, during inspection, they are asking the guards to show their license so that they can check and verify the same of security guards present at the companies. That in the process, they asked the applicants to show their licenses and as the present applicants did not carry any licence, they informed the police about the same. That the applicants had informed the police that that they worked for Aupam Garg, who has provided them the uniform and belt in which the memo of the Newcorp company has been printed and directed them to stand at the company as a security guard. On the basis of above statement, the police has prepared the panchanama and arrested the applicants at the same time and an FIR was registered against them under section 419 of
