m*{i The Arunachal Pradesh Gazette EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No.87, Vol. XXVlll, Naharlagun, Monday, April 5, 2021 Chaitra 15, 1943 (Saka) GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE & NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. 66/2020-State Tax The gth June, 2020 No. GST/23/2017lr'oLll.-ln exercise ofthe powers conferred by section 168Aof the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 201 7 (07of2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to asthe saidAct), read with section 20 of the lntegrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017), and section 21 of Union Territory Goods and Services Tax AcL,2017 (14 ot 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government ofArunachal Pradesh, Department ofTax, Excise & Narcotics, No.33/2020- State Tax, dated the 3rd April, 2020, published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary No. 163, Vol. XXVII Naharlagun, Wednesday, June 10, 2020, vide file No. GST/23I20174/ol-ll, dated the 3rd April,2020, namely:- ln the said notification, in the first paragraph, in clause (ii), for the proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely : - 'Provided thatwhere an e-way billhas been generated under rule 138ofthe Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 201 7 on or before the 24th day of March, 2020 and whose validity has expired on or after the 20th March, 2020, the validity period of such e-way bill shall be deemed to have been extended till the 2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 31st day of May,2020.
