S.0.1955(E).—ID exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (3)of Section 1 of the Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade and Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003 (34 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints 1st day of December, 2007 as the date on which the provisions of Section 7(1) (2) (3) (4), 8.9,10 and 20 of the said Act shall come into force.
