Uttar Pradesh Shasan Nagar Vikas Anubhag- 1 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3 ) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publ ication of the fol lowing English translation of notification no- 2543/9- 1 -2020-33T.A. /20 , dated; December 20 , NOTIFICATION No- 2543/9- 1 -2020-33TA/20 WHEREAS notification no- 1 483/IX- l -2020-33TA/2020 dated ; November 20 , 2020 was issued and pub l ished in the Gazette on the same date with a view to invite obj ections and suggestions from general publ ic with respect to the inc lusion of the areas specified in the Schedule below in the trans itional area of Nagar Panchayat Tindwari in District Banda as required by section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Munic ipal ities Act, 1 9 1 6 (U.P .Act no-I I of 1 9 1 6) . AND WHEREAS obj ections and suggestions received in pursuance of the said notification were disposed of vide Government order no-2404/9- 1 -2020-33TA /20 dated December 1 4 , 2020 ; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Artic le 243 -Q of the Constitution read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1 9 1 6 (U .P . Act no-2 of 1 9 1 6) , and in partial modification of notification no . 2207-T/9- 1 - 82-3 1 -T-80 dated May 1 2 , 1 982 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf from time to time the Governor is p leased to inc lude the areas spec ified in the Schedule below in the trans itional area of Nagar Panchayat Tindwari in District Banda for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution .
