EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1481] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2022/CHAITRA 10, 1944 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st March, 2022 S.O. 1533(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (4) of rule 100 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary and expedient to do so, hereby exempts all motor vehicles including agricultural tractor fitted with cabin, construction equipment vehicle fitted with cabin and combined harvester from the application of rule 100 of the said rules, up to the 31st March, 2023 and the manufacturer shall continue to comply with the provisions of rule 100 as existed on 31st March, 2021. 2. Any manufacturer who have already compiled with the provisions of rule 100 of the said rules, as existed on 1st April, 2021, shall continue to do so. MAHMOOD AHMED, Jt.
