L.-33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2236] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 9, 2017/SRAVANA 18, 1939 MINISTRY OF CHEMICALS AND FERTILIZERS (Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th August, 2017 S.O. 2552(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 754(E), dated the 6 th March, 2017, namely :— In the said notification, — (a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters "by 30th June, 2017", the words, figures and letters "by 30th September, 2017" shall be substituted; (b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters "by 30th June, 2017", the words, figures and letters "by 30th September, 2017" shall be substituted.
