KA.NI-2-175lXI-9(47)111- NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred b1, section 148 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P, Act no 1 of 2017), the Govemor, on the recommendations of the Council. hereb,v makes the following further amendments in the notification No. K-\ \l -2-1822'XI-9 (42)117-U.p.Act -l-2017- AMENDMENT In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the words, tigures and letters "July, 2017 to September,20l8"and "31't day of December,2018", the words, figures and letters "July, 2017 to December, 2018" and "3 l "day of March, 2019"shall respectively be substituted.
