EXTRAORDINARY No. 432] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2017/MAGHA 27, 1938 "(iii) ^smrsi^JTR^, MINISTRY OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND EMPOWERMENT (Department of Social Justice and Empowerment) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th February, 2017 S.O. 476(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 29 of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 (25 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, dated the 13th January, 2014, namely vide number S.O. 89(E), dated the 13th January, 2014 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, In the said notification, in paragraph B, under the heading 'In pursuance of clause (f) of sub-section (2) of section 29 of the Act',:— (a) For item number (i) and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and entry shall be substituted, namely:— "(i) Shri Bhola Singh, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha)"; (b) For item number (iii) and the entry relating thereto, the following item number and entry shall be substituted, namely:— "(iii) Shri Amar Shankar Sable, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha)" AINDRI ANURAG, Jt.
