Mumbai bench Nagpur in WP No. No, CORONA-2020/C.R.97lAroeya-S, Whereas the State Govemment is satisfied that the State of Maharashtra is threatened with the spread of Covid 19 epidemic already declared as a pandemic by World Health Organization and accordingly in exercise of the powers conferred as per the enabling provisions of all the above Acts, has issued notifications referred in Sr. No. 7 and 8 above. Since, State of Maharashtra is witnessing recent surge in new Covid cases in various parts of the state, hence, Government of Maharashtra has decided to extend operations of the Notification No. CORONA-2020/C.R.97/Aro-5 dated 15.12.2020 to rill 3 I .05.2021. All private hospitals, nursing homes and health care providers shall act accordingly.
