Mk0 izfrek] Mk0 izfrek] The 13th April 2020 S.O. 105, Dated 13th April 2020— In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 1 of The Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2019, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to extend the provisions of "The Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2019" for the period (three months) from 15th April, 2020 to 14th July, 2020. 2.
