Bhopal, the 23rd Apnil 2019 No. F-A3-18-2018-1-V (30)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 03 and Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) the State Government hereby makes following amendements in this department's notification No. F-A3-18-2018-1-V (20) dated 11th February, 2019 namely,— AMENDEMENTS In the table;— (i) In column (03) of the S. No. 01, the word and figure “Zone Indore-2” shall be omitted; (ii) after S. No. 02, following S. No. and entries thereto shall be inserted:— “03 Shri Ravindra Kumar Choudhary Zone Indore-2’’ Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Office of the Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh, Indore.
