EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2324] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, AUGUST 6, 2020/SRAVANA 15, 1942 MINISTRY OF STATISTICS AND PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th August, 2020 S.O 2622(E).––In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Statistical Institute Act, 1959 (57 of 1959), the Central Government had constituted a committee vide Notification S.O. 415(E) dated 28 th January, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), and th February, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii). As per para 5 of the principal notification dated 28.01.2020, the committee had to submit its Report within Six Months from the date of its notification. The date of submission of report by the said committee is hereby extended for six months beyond 27.07.2020 on the same terms and conditions. CHANDRADEEP KUMAR JHA, Dy.
