Haryana Government Gazette EXTRAORDINARY Published by Authority © Govt. of Haryana No. 149-2024/Ext.] CHANDIGARH, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1, 2024 (ASVINA 9, 1946 SAKA) fouhr xxZ] HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 1st October, 2024 No. 24/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (6 of 2024), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints,- (a) the 27th day of September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 7, 37 and 39 of the said Ordinance shall come into force; and (b) the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8, 10 to 33, 35, 36 and 38 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
