Seeks to bring into force certain provisions of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 to amend the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

TRIPURA GAZETTE Published by Authority EXTRAORDINARY ISSUE PART--I-- Orders and Notifications by the Government ofTnpura, The High s;ourt, Government Treasury etc GOVERNMENT OF TRJPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES & EXCISE) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Tripura Ordinance No. 03 of 2019). the State Government hereby appoints- (i) the First day of August. 20\9, as the date on \Vhich the provisions of section 22 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force; (ii) the First day of September. 2019, as the date on \\hich the provisions of section 13 of the said Ordinance. shall come mto force: and (iii) the First day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, :;ection 7, section 10 and section~ 13 to 20 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Tripura Ordinance No. 03 of2019), shall come into force.
