Regarding declaration of unlawful organization for a period of one year to the Communist Party of India and the Six Front Committee, Chhattisgarh Special Public Safety Act, 2005.

F.No. 4&101@Home-c@2007.⸺ Whereas the State Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub Section (1) of Section 3 of Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Act, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), extends the notification of this Department F.No. 4&101@Home-c@2007 dated 08 April 2020 and declares Communist Party of India (Maoist) and its six front Dandkarayan Adhivasi Kishan Majdoor Sangh, Krantikari Adhivasi Mahila Sangh, Krantikari Adhivasi Balak Sangh, Krantikari Kishan Committee, Mahila Mukti manch, R.P.C. & Jantana Sarkar Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a further period of one year. This Notification will remain in force for one year with effect from 12 April 2021.
