EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 75] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 5, 2024/PAUSHA 15, 1945 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th January, 2024 S.O. 81(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4751(E), dated the 31 st October, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 1, serial numbers (9) and (10) and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
