No. 13, Dated 29 th January, 2021- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (2) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019, the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 10 th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of section 7 of the said Act shall come into force. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 10th November, 2020.
