NOTIFICATION RicHT 10 ळवार COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY TN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETILEMENT Act, 2018. No.Sankirna-2022/C.R.31/A-3. —WHEREAS, section 10A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013), in its application to the State of Maharashtra (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act” ), provides that the State Government may, in the public interest, by notification in the Official Gazette, exempt any of the projects mentioned in the said section 10A from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and Chapter III of the said Act ; AND WHEREAS, it appears to the State Government that the lands mentioned in Schedule I appended hereto are required or likely to be required for the project mentioned in Schedule II appended hereto, which is covered under clause (b) of the said section 10A (hereinafter referred to as “the said project”) ; AND WHEREAS, the .State Government has ensured the extent of the said lands for the proposed acquisition being bare minimum land required for the said project ; AND WHEREAS, the Government of Maharashtra considers it expedient in the public interest to exempt the said project under section 10A of the said Act from the application of the provisions of Chapter प and Chapter III of the said Act ; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10A of the said Act and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, in the public interest, exempts the said project from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and Chapter SCHEDULE 1 Details of Lands Village Shinde, Taluka Karjat, District Ahmednagar Sr. No. |Gut No. | Approximate Area (Hector) Total 1.00 SCHEDULE IT Description of the Project Name of the Project - Tukai Uplift Irrigation Project ,Pump House, Switch Yard, Tal.
