So J fo Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.- 1376 /X1-2-20-9(47)/17- - UP. Act-1-2017-Order-( 167)-2020 dated December 69 , 2020. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further. amendments in the notification no.-428/XI-2-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order- (106)-2020 dated 30 April, 2020, namely:- . In the said notification, in the first paragraph, with effect from the 1° day of January, 2021, for the words “five hundred crore rupees”, the words “one hundred crore rupees” shall be substituted. . 2.
