(Department of Small Scale Industries and Agro and Rural Industries) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd October, 1992 S.O. 779(E) :-The following bye-laws further to amend the Coir Board <ices (Classification, Control and Appeal) Bye-Jaws, 1969 made by the Coir in exercise of powers conferred by Clause (d) of sub->ection (i) of Sec of the Coir Indiistry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953) read with bye-laws 15 and lhe Coir Board (transaction of Busin~ss, Conditions of Service of Em- and Maintenance of Accounts) Bye-laws, 1955 and confirmed by the . Government, are hereby published as required by sub-section (2) of 27 of the said Act, namely :- (1) These Bye-laws may be called the Coir Board Services (Classifica tion, Control and Appeal) Amendment Bye-laws, 1992. (2) They shall come into force· on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Coir Board Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Bye .969, in bye-law 12 in clause (4), t)le following proviso shall be added, :ovided that the disciplinary authority, if it is different from the inquiring ity, shall furnish a copy of the inquiry repor1; to the Board's employee to him to make representations or submissions within fifteen days of the of the inquiry repor(, and after considering representation or submissions Board's employee, ,the disciplinary authority shall make its order."
