NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of” the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of'2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Cotineil, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Department, No.F.1-l 1(9l)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-lll). dated the 27"‘ July. 2020. published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue. vide number 1740, dated the 27”‘ July, 2020, namely:~ In the said notification, in the first paragraph,-~ (i) for the words, figures and letters “29‘h day of June, 2020", the words, figures and letters “30“‘ day of‘ August, 2020“ shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters “30"‘ day of June, 2020“, the words, figures and letters "3 15' day of August, 2020“ shall be substituted.
