Government of Punjab Department of Industries and Commerce (Policy Implementation Unit) Corrigendum No, PIU/IBDP-2017/0G-2018/2020/ ¥/26 Date: o7—/o— 202° The Governor of Punjab is pleased to make following amendment in the Clause 8.3.3 of Chapter — 8 of Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 notified vide No. PIU/IBDP-2017/2018/4010 dated 07.08.2018 for availing Fiscal Incentives under Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2017: be allowed for land or building which has been purchased/leased up to 3 years prior to the date of submission of application or after the date of application, by the same entity. The refund will be given only after the unit commences commercial production.
