No. U – 11011/3/2015 – PITNDPS dated 11.8.2015 under the said sub-section directing that Shri Din Mohd Khan @ Dina Khan @ Dina, s/o Shri Ishaq resident of (1) Near New Mewat Haryana Delhi Transport Company, Nagar Road, Karmala, Tembhurni, District Sholapur, Maharashtra and (2) Village- Malpuri, Rupra, Tehsil- Hathin, Distt Palwal, Haryana, be detained and kept in custody in Central Jail, Tihar, New Delhi with a view to preventing him from engaging in illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs & psychotropic substances. 2. Whereas the Central Government has reason to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or is concealing himself so that the said detention order cannot be executed. 3. Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 8 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before the Director General of Police, Haryana within 10 days of the publication of this order in the Official Gazette.
