(Lhe (Bazette of -Jndia EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 174] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MARCH 9, 2017/PHALGUNA 18, 1938 (<NM R'HMI) ^ fo#, 9 *n^, 2017 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th March, 2017 G.S.R. 226(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988) and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. G.S.R. 193(E), dated 25th February, 2016 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year consisting of:— (i) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Vipin Sanghi, Chairperson (ii) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw, Member (iii) Hon’ble Ms. Justice Pratibha Rani, Member 2.
